Guns Unpacked publishes every specification beside an official URL, an access date, and the evidence tier that source sits in—never buried in a generic bibliography. Where a source page has gone dark, the record cites an archived capture and discloses the capture date.

Show what’s missing.

Guns Unpacked leaves a field blank when a manufacturer does not publish it, because an honest blank is more useful than a plausible guess. Verification status renders as part of every record, and figures this directory converted between units are marked ≈.

Separate fact from fit.

Guns Unpacked keeps manufacturer specifications, listed variants, and compatibility claims distinct from editorial interpretation—and never carries a measurement from one model to another, not even between a pistol and its own variant.
